MELISSA ORZECHOWSKI

Melissa Orzechowski joined NCS in 2019. She earned bachelor’s degrees in English writing, environmental studies and sustainability, and communication studies from Northern Michigan University in 2016. Before moving to the Adirondacks, Melissa farmed and taught middle school environmental education. The climbing, the fresh water, and the farms brought her to this area. Here, people told her she ought to be a part of NCS as it fit her passions: learning, working in the dirt, and adventuring outdoors.
