
Campbell Jones
Grade 8 Environmental Science Teacher, Sustainability Coordinator, Co-Primary Houseparent
Campbell comes to North Country School from Colorado, where she taught Science to grades 3-5 at Fraser Valley Elementary School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in 2011 from Dickinson College and her Masters of Science in Outdoor Education in 2014 from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to moving to Colorado, Campbell worked as Assistant Director at the Keewaydin Environmental Education Center in Vermont, as a canoe trip leader at Songadeewin of Keewaydin, a summer camp for girls, and as a ski instructor at Smugglers Notch. Campbell comes from a background with a strong understanding of residential schools as her family has boarding school experience worldwide. She has led hiking and canoe trips for ages 9 through 15 across the Adirondacks, Ontario, the White Mountains, and Cairngorm National Park in Scotland. Campbell enjoys reading, hiking, canoeing, and traveling.
