David Hyman is a recently retired public  High School math teacher in New York and New Jersey.  His subject matter expertise ranges from algebra to calculus and discreet math. He spent many summers as the director of a  teen youth tour company where he visited various cities and national parks across the US and Canada. During his tenure as a high school math teacher, he was a student favorite and known for his engaging stories, being an advisor to student groups such as “Habitat for Humanity” and for being a patient teacher who cared about the students as humans and not just as math students.

A lifelong skier, David and his family upgraded their lives by moving to the area full-time in 2020.  He became a snow sports instructor at Whiteface and a certified hiking guide.  David lives in Keene with his family and is excited to get to know you.
