Liz Casey was born and raised in the foothills of the White Mountains and quickly gained a deep appreciation for the mountains, lakes, and woods of New Hampshire. She earned her bachelor’s degree in History and Educational Studies from Bates College in 2021. At Bates, Liz worked with several youth development and mentorship programs, volunteered for the campus emergency medical service, led orientation backpacking trips for incoming students, and played on the club ultimate frisbee team. Liz is coming to NCS from Mount Snow Academy, where she spent a year working as a teaching intern, dorm parent, and alpine ski coach. In her free time, Liz enjoys cross-country skiing, collecting used books, and working towards her goal of hiking the 48 New Hampshire 4000-footers.
